How to care for the kitchen cutting herbs

In order to keep herbs in a "fresh" condition it helps to have plenty of light. So set the herb pots in a window sill or under a fluorescent light or a grow lite.

To water, place the pot into a bowl of water overnight when needed.

These pots are called kitchen cutting herbs and they have been planted very densely and raised in computer controlled environment to assure a prolific harvest. Enjoy the fresh cut wafts of fresh herbs in your pesto, meat and pastas....
